Randstad is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce, Assistant Manager (Kids & Baby) to support and optimize the end-to-end online operations for one of the leading brand in the market. This role will play a key part in driving the daily execution of e-commerce activities, ensuring smooth operations from order management to customer experience, while maintaining a child- and parent-friendly brand identity online.
You will need to:
- Manage daily e-commerce operations including order processing, inventory, shipping, and returns.
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
- Forecast inventory needs and adjust pricing strategies to align with campaigns and market competitiveness.
- Oversee all aspects of the online store including inventory, pricing, fulfillment, inhouse livestreams, and customer service.
- Drive enhancements in platform design and functionality to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Develop innovative marketing strategies across digital channels to boost engagement and sales.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in fashion or kids/baby-related industries
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and Brand DTC)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
