We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Assistant Manager (Tiktok) to join our client’s team to manage and strategically grow their presence and revenue on TikTok.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic lead for the business accounts on TikTok and LIVE streams on Meta (Facebook, Instagram).
- Competent in A/B testing, campaign structuring, bid strategy, and pixel optimization on TikTok & Meta to consistently lower CPA and increase ROAS.
- AI tool scouring and implementation needed– Able to demonstrate skills in seeking new tools and adapting the competitive edge into daily processes.
- Proactively seek out and vet new KOL partners whose audience, content style, and values align with the brand and business objectives.
- Structure, negotiate, and manage partnership agreements, including compensation terms (flat fee, commission-based, hybrid).
- Analyze performance data (audience retention, gift revenue, conversion rates) to provide coaching and optimize collaboration strategies.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a key account management, partnership management, or influencer marketing role, with a proven track record on TikTok and/or Meta.
- Deep understanding of TikTok Creator/Shop and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms.
- Direct experience in KOL/Influencer sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management.
