Randstad is partnering with a leading home & living brand to hire an Assistant eCommerce Manager (home & living/lifestyle fashion).
Responsibilities:
- Omni-Channel Campaign Management Plan and execute 360° digital campaigns across paid media, social, marketplaces, email, and TikTok LIVE commerce, ensuring alignment with seasonal launches and promotional strategies.
- Live Commerce & Influencer Coordination Lead TikTok LIVE initiatives by building streaming teams, coordinating influencers/affiliates, and optimizing real-time engagement to drive visibility and sales.
- Sales Analysis & Forecasting Track daily/weekly sales performance, forecast inventory demand, and identify growth opportunities while analyzing campaign ROI and competitor pricing/promotions.
- Marketplace & Operational Management Optimize product listings, assets, and pricing across all platforms, ensure timely stock availability, and manage enablers/3PL partners to support smooth operations.
- Customer Experience & Merchandising Work cross-functionally to ensure merchandising accuracy, stock arrival timelines, and provide direction to customer service teams for seamless customer support.
- Budget & Ad Performance Optimization Monitor and manage marketing spend, partner with digital teams to optimize paid/organic strategies, and improve overall return on ad spend (ROAS).
Requirements:
