the role
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies and creative campaigns specifically for the TikTok platform to achieve B2C sales revenue targets.
- Manage the brand’s on-platform backend operations, including content calendar management, content creation, and ensuring the smooth launch of all promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze brand sales performance and campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and manage relationships with external partners, such as platform Key Account Managers and agencies, to maximize brand growth.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of e-commerce experience, beauty industry experience is highly desirable.
- Direct experience managing the TikTok platform is encouraged, other platform experience is secondary.
- Passionate about the beauty industry with strong communication and project management skills.
