the role
- Develop and execute high-impact sales and marketing strategies across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to drive significant GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) growth for leading FMCG clients.
- Act as the strategic lead in planning, negotiating, and securing premium brand exposure during mega-campaigns and key online activations, leveraging strong relationships with marketplace partners to unlock exclusive co-marketing opportunities and collaborations.
- Partner directly with key FMCG clients to align on campaign calendars, promotional mechanics, and performance expectations, while strategically managing Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor performance, identify growth trends, and ensure optimal stock availability in a fast-paced environment.
the experience
- Minimum 2 years of e-commerce key account or brand management experience.
- Experience handling platform sales and promotional campaigns on platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
