the role
- Develop and execute the complete e-commerce strategy, overseeing both B2C and B2B channels to drive sales growth and achieve key performance indicators.
- Lead and manage a diverse team of executives, designers, and content creators, guiding them to successfully manage online stores across various marketplaces, social media, and the official e-shop.
- Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, from enhancing the UX/UI of online platforms to managing order fulfillment and loyalty programs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drive data-informed decisions by analyzing sales data and market trends to forecast performance, optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media), and improve conversion rates.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce, with a solid background managing FMCG clients.
- Proven knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop), payment systems, and content management systems.
- A flexible and independent leader with the ability to build an e-commerce foundation from a fundamental stage while managing a team.
