We’re looking for an E-Commerce Manager (Sports brand) to join one of the most recognized sports brands in the world, where you will drive their online business to new heights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive E-Commerce strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities in new markets, product categories, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Use analytics tools to analyse customer behaviour and trends and identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee end-to-end E-Commerce operations including inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfilment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchandising, Marketing, IT, and Logistics, to align E-Commerce initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or digital retail, ideally within sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Hands-on experience in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, marketplaces).
