about the job
- Identify and target key enterprise accounts in various industries, including e-commerce, retail, fintech, and travel. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate these accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, accurately forecasting sales and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective clients, including C-level executives, IT directors, finance managers, and product owners. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business challenges and proposing tailored solutions.
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls and presentations to showcase the value of our payment gateway solution. Effectively communicate our unique differentiators and how they address client needs.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, working with legal, finance, and product teams to finalise contracts and close deals.
- Potentially mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing best practices and contributing to the overall success of the sales organisation.

about the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years selling complex SaaS or FinTech solutions, preferably in the payment gateway or payments processing industry.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including payment gateways, processors, acquiring banks, and relevant industry regulations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
