About the Job
This role is responsible for managing and expanding strategic enterprise and data center accounts. You will drive engagement with large enterprises, colocation providers, and hyperscalers, positioning comprehensive infrastructure solutions that support next-generation data center environments. The ideal candidate thrives in solution-based B2B sales and has a passion for developing long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow strategic relationships with large enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale clients
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and project delivery teams to deliver complete infrastructure solutions
• Work with channel partners, consultants, and contractors to influence specifications and secure project wins
• Lead the preparation of proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
• Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business performance
Skills & Experience Required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in infrastructure, IT, or electrical sectors
• Proven experience managing enterprise or data center clients is an advantage
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and solution-based sales approaches
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts strategically
