about the job
- Tenant Acquisition: Source and secure new tenants that align with the mall's brand and target demographic.
- Lease Management: Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, from negotiation and documentation to renewals and tenant relations.
- Market Analysis: Monitor retail trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments (legal, finance, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless lease execution and tenant support.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare leasing reports, manage tenant data, and contribute to budget planning and revenue tracking.
- Tenant Support: Facilitate tenant fit-out processes and ensure adherence to mall guidelines.
skills and experience required
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in mall/retail leasing or commercial property
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience in a shopping mall environment is a plus
