Are you a hands-on professional with experience in handling extrusion or molding machineries and processes? We're looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join a manufacturing team in Perak. You will be required to optimize machines, solve technical problems, and ensure top-notch product quality. This is a full-time position.

key responsibilities

Operating and trobleshooting extrusion and molding machines to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Quickly finding and fixing issues with equipment to minimize machine downtime.
Working with the production crew to find ways to make processes better.
Investigating failures and defects to find the root cause and prevent them from happening again.
Giving technical help and training to machine operators.
Checking and reporting on how well the machines and processes are doing (Key Performance Indicators).
Making sure all work follows safety and environmental rules.

requirements

At least a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a similar field is preferred.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in an extrusion or molding role.
A proven ability to improve and troubleshoot extrusion and molding processes.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
