the role
- Perform installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of medical imaging equipment at customer sites, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Conduct thorough diagnostics and analysis of complex technical issues, utilizing schematics, service manuals, and specialized tools to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and training to hospital staff and end-users on equipment operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting procedures, fostering strong customer relationships.
- Accurately document all service activities, including repair reports, parts usage, and customer interactions, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
the experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in field service preferably within the medical device industry.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, possess a valid driver's license, and work independently.
