• Financial & Management Reporting: Prepare financial statements, board papers, and management reports in compliance with MFRS and Bursa Malaysia guidelines.

• Accounting Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance functions including AP, AR, GL, Costing, Fixed Assets, Credit Control, and Treasury.

• Budgeting & Planning: Lead the Annual Budget Review (ABR), mid-year projections, and evaluate capital investments (CAPEX) for cost savings and returns.

• Audit & Tax Management: Coordinate internal and external audit processes while managing tax filing, transfer pricing, and SST reporting.

• Strategic Advisory: Advise production and commercial teams on cost-effectiveness and manage trade working capital efficiency.

• People Management: Supervise four Finance Executives, performing performance evaluations and identifying gaps for staff development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Degree in Accounting.

• Certification: Professional accounting membership such as ACCA, CIMA, or MIA.

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with specific credibility in manufacturing and operational accounting.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP (mainly COPA), MFRS standards, and Malaysian taxation/SST.

• Soft Skills: Proficient in English communication, strong analytical abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure with tight deadlines
