Monitor global and local gaming trends to identify opportunities and gather insights on player behavior and market dynamics.
Develop and execute regional mobile game publishing strategies, including partnerships, branding, community engagement, campus activation and vendor management.
Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to align on direction, integrate local resources, and launch impactful localized campaigns.
Leverage deep cultural insights and data-driven thinking to create player-centric marketing strategies and experiences.
Lead and motivate the local operations team, build capabilities, and drive regional market growth.

skills and experience required

5+ years of experience in game publishing, marketing, or related fields, preferably with exposure to mobile games and regional markets.
Strong understanding of local gaming culture and player behavior, with the ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including partnerships, community engagement, and brand campaigns.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across teams and time zones (especially with HQ or global stakeholders).
Strong leadership and team management experience, including building capabilities and driving results in fast-paced environments.
Proficient in data-driven marketing, with the ability to use metrics to evaluate performance and adjust tactics.
