We are seeking a senior leader to drive the technology and digital transformation agenda for a regional Global Business Services (GBS) organization.
This role will focus on enabling scalable digital platforms, modernizing operational processes, and ensuring technology adoption across multiple corporate functions including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Legal.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to align technology initiatives with business priorities and lead large-scale transformation programs that improve operational efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnology Enablement & Platform Integration
Lead initiatives to enable technology platforms that support shared services operations across multiple business units.
Work closely with internal IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, applications, and operational workflows.
Ensure all technology initiatives align with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
Digital Transformation & Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitize business processes across GBS functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
Champion the adoption of emerging technologies such as automation, analytics, and workflow orchestration.
Technology Strategy & Governance
Develop and implement a technology roadmap aligned with the long-term strategy of the GBS organization.
Establish governance models to ensure transformation initiatives are scalable, compliant, and sustainable.
Define performance metrics and monitor the impact of digital initiatives through KPIs and service delivery indicators.
Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management
Partner with senior stakeholders across corporate functions to align digital strategies with operational priorities.
Lead change management efforts to support the successful adoption of new technologies and operating models.
Provide regular updates to leadership on transformation progress, risks, and opportunities.
Leadership & Capability Development
Build and lead a high-performing team responsible for transformation programs and digital initiatives.
Strengthen internal capabilities in digital technologies, process automation, and transformation delivery.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in shared services, operations, technology, or transformation leadership roles.
Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide transformation programs or large system implementations.
Experience working within complex, matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of enterprise technologies and digital transformation frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience building business cases for transformation initiatives.
