Randstad is partnering with a well-known modest fashion brand to support them in the search for a General Manager (Modest Fashion).
Responsibilities:
- Define and uphold brand identity, tone, and storytelling across all platforms
- Develop and implement strategies to grow brand equity, reach, and revenue
- Lead brainstorming, creative briefings, and final approvals of brand assets and communications
- Lead strategic discussions and negotiations for brand collaborations, ambassador partnerships, and special campaigns
- Align cross-functional teams on timelines and creative direction for new launches, stores, or partnerships
- Oversee brand expansion plans, including entry into new markets, product verticals, or demographic segments
- Provide mentorship and feedback to develop high-performing creative and strategic teams through regular performance review
Requirements:
- 10 years in brand building roles, preferably fashion or lifestyle background
- Demonstrated success in managing seasonal brand cycles and integrated campaigns
