They are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee business development and team growth. This role involves managing day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to expand the company's presence in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance brand visibility in the renewable energy market through public relations efforts, digital marketing initiatives, and participation in relevant industry events.
Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, assess competitor activities, and identify business opportunities within Malaysia’s solar sector.
Lead the sales team in meeting revenue targets across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar product segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including government tenders, corporate power purchase agreements (PPAs), and solar farm developments.
Provide guidance and oversight to the marketing and sales teams, with a focus on developing a results-oriented and collaborative work culture.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators—such as sales conversion rates, marketing return on investment (ROI), and customer acquisition costs—to support informed strategic decisions.
