With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a GM HR to provide support to the HR Department. You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day daily HR operation including recruitment & selection, payroll, compensation & benefit and training and development, develop, implements and advises on human resources policy, procedures and human resources related matters.; as well as other ad-hoc functions.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 15 years of relevant experience and in a managerial position. You will have an advanced understanding of company act and other related laws and regulations. You have a strong sense of urgency, performance-minded and able to work under time constraints.
