This Group HR & Admin Manager will be the sole HR leader responsible for building, managing, and executing all HR functions at Group level.

You will be a critical partner to the leadership team, ensuring we attract, retain, and develop top talent while establishing efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership & Process Ownership:
Develop and execute the overall HR strategy for the group, aligning it with the company's growth objectives.
Design, implement, and own all HR processes and workflows, from recruitment to offboarding. This includes creating policies, procedures, and best practices.
Build and manage the HR budget, tracking expenses and ensuring resource efficiency.
Provide expert guidance to leadership on organizational design, headcount planning, and HR technology selection.
2. Hands-on HR Operations & Administration:
Own the full employee lifecycle, from preparing offer letters and managing onboarding to processing payroll changes and handling offboarding.
Administer the company's HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and managing employee records.
Manage and administer all employee benefits programs, including enrollments, renewals, and communicating with employees.
Oversee and execute the monthly payroll process for the engineering team, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to finance.
Ensure all HR documentation, policies, and employee files are maintained accurately and securely.
3. Talent Acquisition & Management:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles. This includes collaborating with hiring managers, posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the candidate pipeline.
Develop a strong employer brand and candidate experience to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Implement and manage performance management cycles, from goal setting to performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Identify and coordinate training and development programs to support team growth.
4. Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance issues.
Ensure full compliance with all local Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Develop and update the Employee Handbook and all HR policies to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Champion and foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across the group.
Must have:
1. Experience in heavy industries, construction, manufacturing, engineering and/or property is ideal.
2. Strong command of English, and Mandarin (due to business, as this role will need to manage mainland chinese
stakeholders)
3. A total of 8-12 years of overall HR Experience, and 4-6 years of leadership experience.
