Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive administration tasks
- Quality assurance checks of customer orders and associated data entry
- Capture and collation of customer feedback and outcomes relating to initiatives or offers
- Co-ordinate with the project team to ensure tasks are completed in a sequenced and consistent manner
- Ownership of relevant artifacts (e.g., documents to capture feedback) to assist sales consultants in having a positive conversation with a customer
- Assist in troubleshooting customer queries from sales consultants
- Contribute to a team environment that is fun, productive and supportive.
