Reporting to: Director of Hospital
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Rewarding base salary
Work type: Hybrid

The role:

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth within the medical center and hospital segments.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and lead contract negotiations.
Manage public relations efforts and stakeholder engagement to enhance brand visibility and support organizational goals.
Lead and guide the business development team, ensuring performance targets are met and business objectives achieved.

The experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of B2B business development experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong network in medical centers or hospitals.
In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian healthcare system and regulations; MOH connections are highly advantageous.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Bachelor's degree preferred; diploma holders with solid industry experience will be considered.
