About the Role
As Head of Business Operations, you will lead both strategic and operational initiatives to achieve sales growth, optimize resources, and drive operational efficiency. You will manage sales, operations, maintenance, warehouse, and customer service teams, ensuring performance targets are met across PESB and PGSB units.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve predetermined sales growth and operational KPIs
- Optimize resources and streamline operations for maximum efficiency
- Oversee sales, operations, maintenance, repairs, customer service, and warehouse teams
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Implement operational improvements and best practices
- Report progress and performance to the Executive Director
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Accounts, Finance, or relevant field preferred
- Minimum 10 years in Sales & Operations with 8 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing large teams and driving operational improvements
- Strong P&L and budget management experience
- Experience in manufacturing, infrastructure, or industrial products
- Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise
