about the role
They are currently looking for a Head of HR to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Shapes and drives the overall people strategy to support business growth, build a strong company culture, and prepare the organization for IPO.
- Leads high-volume hiring efforts, ensuring effective workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention across all levels.
- Manages the full HR scope including performance, compensation, employee relations, training, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Oversees day-to-day administrative functions, facilities, and support services to keep business operations running smoothly.
- Drives internal and external communications while leading key ESG efforts, especially around employee well-being, inclusion, and ethical practices
about the manager/team
Reporting to the CEO, you will be leading a team of 10.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 12-15 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
