Key Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and lead the overall marketing vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business growth objectives across global markets
- Oversee integrated digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content marketing, paid media, and brand marketing
- Drive market expansion strategies across different regions with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and brand positioning
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and business teams to ensure alignment on growth targets
SEO & Organic Growth Leadership:
- Oversee global SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and internal linking structures
- Guide geo-targeted keyword research strategies to improve visibility across international markets
- Ensure continuous improvement in search rankings, organic traffic growth, and domain authority across multiple accounts
Performance Marketing & Paid Media:
- Lead planning, execution, and optimisation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI, CAC efficiency, and conversion performance
- Oversee A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and campaign structures to drive performance improvements
- Ensure strong performance tracking and optimisation based on KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Content & Brand Marketing:
- Oversee content marketing strategy across multiple platforms including websites, blogs, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels
- Guide creative direction for brand storytelling, campaign messaging, and audience engagement strategies
- Ensure consistent brand positioning across all digital touchpoints and international markets
- Lead development of high-quality, SEO-optimised and performance-driven content
Data, Analytics & Growth Insights:
- Drive data-led decision making using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms
- Analyse campaign performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities
- Translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and business recommendations
- Build reporting frameworks to track marketing performance across all channels and markets
Leadership & Team Development:
- Responsible for establishing and building the marketing function from the ground up
- Design and define team structure, hiring roadmap, and capability requirements for future marketing hires
- Set KPIs, performance standards, and accountability frameworks to drive strong marketing outcomes
- Lay the foundation for a high-performance, collaborative, and innovation-driven marketing culture
- Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes to support future team growth and expansion
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, and/or Growth Marketing
- Proven experience managing multi-market or international digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and content strategy at a strategic level
- Experience leading marketing teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Familiar with AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms (SEO, content, analytics)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
