- Lead and manage end-to-end sales and commercial operations, with full responsibility for driving business growth.
- Develop and execute channel strategies with a strong focus on chain pharmacies, including key accounts such as Guardian and Watsons.
- Ensure strong in-store execution, trade activation, and customer engagement to strengthen brand presence and market share.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while collaborating closely with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
the experience
- Minimum 10 years of fmcg sales experience in the skincare/personal care industry, with at least 6 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Strong experience with chain pharmacies (Guardian/Watsons) is essential.
- Results-oriented leader with strong people management skills and a collaborative mindset.
