about the role
They are currently looking for a Head of TA to join their growing team. You will be responsible for leading and executing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent for the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to talent acquisition, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders from different business units to identify staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Manage and support recruiters and admins, and work with Finance to plan hiring and budgets.
- Make sure recruitment and onboarding are smooth and consistent for all candidates.
- Build the company’s brand and use channels like agencies, universities, and LinkedIn to find talent.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and use data to guide recruitment strategies.
- Partner with HR teams, measure hiring performance, and take part in global TA projects using tools like Workday and Beamery.
about the manager and team
You will be reporting directly to the Head of HR, leading a team of 10.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of experience leading a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. You have expertise in employer branding, targeting passive talent, and are skilled in various sourcing techniques and TA technologies such as ATS and talent databases.
