We are seeking a strategic and creative Head of VM Concept to lead the development and execution of innovative visual merchandising concepts across all retail environments.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative vision with commercial awareness and has a deep understanding of retail design, consumer behaviour, and brand experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the global visual merchandising concept strategy including space planning, layouts, aligned with brand positioning and seasonal campaigns.
- Create innovative retail concepts that enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance.
- Lead concept ideation for product launches, campaigns, and key retail moments.
- Review and approve drawings, 3D perspectives, and material selections
- Manage retail renovation, consignment, and fit-out project requirements
Requirements
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising, design or creative direction within retail fashion or lifestyle.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or any relevant design software
