Process Optimization & Policy Development: Design and implement robust operational policies and systems that enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and elevate the overall quality of patient care.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Serve as a key liaison between medical staff, consultants, and executive leadership to manage contracts, resolve operational bottlenecks, and coordinate high-level committee meetings.
Compliance & Regulatory Governance: Ensure strict adherence to healthcare licensing, audits, and regulatory requirements while managing patient feedback and cost-compliance protocols.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration, demonstrating a track record of managing complex operational functions.
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices to ensure seamless hospital governance.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
