about the role
They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join their team in response to their growth. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develops HR strategies, updates policies and SOPs, and supports management with HR guidance.
- Manages recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance reviews to grow and retain talent.
- Handles payroll, benefits, salary reviews, staff issues, and ensures legal compliance.
- Manages foreign worker processes, work permits, and ensures HR practices follow laws and safety rules.
- Oversees office admin, facilities, support staff, employee activities, and prepares HR reports for management.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the GM, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have excellent interpersonal skills, able to facilitate the implementation of organisational changes and motivate others to effect changes efficiently.
