about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Associate to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions in collaboration with the HR team, ensuring adherence to procedures.
- Handle job postings, interview arrangements, and reference checks to support hiring activities.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintain accurate employee records in the HR system.
- Prepare HR reports and letters, and ensure payroll and tax filings comply with statutory requirements.
- Respond to general HR-related enquiries and take on additional HR responsibilities as assigned.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Assistant HR Manager, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
