about the role
With their growing operations, they are currently looking for a Junior HRBP to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Fosters Positive Culture & Engagement: Builds trust, supports high performance, executes initiatives, and uses feedback to improve retention.
- Manages Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partners on hiring, handles paperwork, and manages the new starter experience.
- Ensures HR Compliance & Provides Support: Stays updated on Malaysian laws, advises staff, maintains HR records, and supports audits and payroll reporting.
- Supports Talent Management & Development: Assists with succession planning, employee development, leadership building, and training coordination.
- Contributes to Cost Management & HR Processes: Supports budget control, manages benefits, participates in performance reviews, and identifies process improvements.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will have a strong understanding of labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices. You also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
