We are seeking an energetic and resourceful HR Talent with a strong passion for Learning & Development (L&D) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and training initiatives.
You will play a key role in shaping employee growth by driving impactful learning programs while ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
... Plan, coordinate, and execute learning and development initiatives across the organization.
Identify training needs through collaboration with managers and performance reviews.
Develop and manage the annual training calendar and maintain training records.
Coordinate external and internal training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare post-training reports and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
2–4 years of HR experience with hands-on exposure to L&D coordination or program delivery.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
Good understanding of HR processes, training methodologies, and performance management systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/LMS platforms.
- Must be able to be based in JB.
