Key Responsibilities:
As the Regional Learning Systems Analyst, you will be the regional expert for our clients official learning platforms.
Systems Administration & GovernanceServe as the LMS/LXP Administrator/Superuser for the region.
Ensure exclusive use of official learning systems, enforcing global policies and governance standards.
Manage core LMS functions, including rooms and locations, user registrations, class management (SISPAV and general training), and learning item assignments.
Generate reports and provide valuable insights on regional learning data.
Act as the key liaison with the global Centre of Excellence (CoE) to report incidents and suggest platform improvements.
Stakeholder Support & Engagement
Provide consulting support to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and internal clients on learning platforms.
Offer guidance and training to leaders, staff, and instructors on system functionalities.
Drive LMS engagement by promoting corporate learning pathways and monitoring learner activity.
Content & Curation
Identify regional learning needs and opportunities for system/content improvement.
Develop or coordinate the creation of learning content and pathways.
Role Pre-requisites:
Strong understanding of corporate learning governance and compliance.
Experience in administering an LMS or HRIS system (knowledge of VES or Valer is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Strong communication skills in English.
Must be able to be based in Perak.
