What You Will Do
HR Operations & Systems
Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, claims, timekeeping and employee records.
Champion adoption and optimisation of the HR management system across all locations.
Streamline and standardise HR processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
People & Talent Management
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and frameworks for performance, progression and development.
Partner with department heads on talent planning, performance management and workforce needs.
Organisational Development & Support
Support leadership in building a more structured, scalable HR function.
Work closely with Group HR and an interim Head of HR during the transition phase.
Contribute to employee engagement, communications and culture-building initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For
Strong experience in HR operations, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience.
Background in corporate or structured environments preferred.
Comfortable working across both office and plant/manufacturing settings.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
