about the role
They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team in Thailand. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Develop and implement HR policies and strategies aligned with business goals, local labor laws, and global standards, ensuring consistent communication and application across the organization.
- Establish end-to-end HR processes covering recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, training, and offboarding, while standardizing documentation and building tracking/reporting systems.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts, manage performance cycles, address employee relations matters, and drive engagement initiatives such as training, events, and team-building activities.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration, maintain accurate HR records (including Workday), and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Oversee daily office operations, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, event planning, internal communications, and management of permits and legal documentation.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager in Malaysia, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or multinational environment, with strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Independent, discreet, and highly organized, with the ability to multitask and handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
