They are currently looking for a HR Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Manages payroll, employee benefits, wellness, training, recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
- Implements and supports talent development, diversity and inclusion, and company-wide HR initiatives.
- Sources candidates, conducts phone interviews, and coordinates interviews with department heads.
- Assists Finance, IT, and Admin departments with administrative tasks and maintains accurate records.
- Oversees HR-related expenses, ensures competitive employee benefits, and helps with compensation planning.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You
have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
