about the role
They are currently looking for a HRBP to join the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage payroll, benefits, and bonuses to ensure accuracy and compliance with EPF, SOCSO, and tax requirements.
- Handle onboarding, exits, staff movements, HR system updates, and maintain attendance and employee records.
- Support recruitment planning, build talent pipelines, define job roles, and keep job descriptions up to date.
- Oversee front desk duties, visitor management, company vehicle use, and office admin processes.
- Maintain company assets and ensure proper filing and archiving of documents based on company standards.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working closely as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have strong understanding of enterprise and HR management practices, including training operations and labor laws.
