We are currently looking for a Industrial Engineering Manager for a leading player in the Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Industry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 50 years in the Malaysia. This position requires your urgent attention.

Process Optimization & Efficiency:
Lead the analysis of current production processes, workflows, and facility layouts to identify and eliminate waste.
Develop, design, and implement improved manufacturing methods to increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), reduce cycle times, and enhance productivity.
Conduct time and motion studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping to streamline operations.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Champion and drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives across the plant.
Lead Kaizen events and projects focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and waste elimination.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, efficiency, and quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Resource Management & Planning:
Conduct capacity analysis and manpower planning to support production targets and new product introductions (NPI).
Evaluate and recommend new equipment, technologies, or automation solutions to improve production efficiency and safety.
Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines for all industrial engineering projects.
Team Leadership & Development:
Supervise, mentor, and train a team of industrial engineers and technicians.
Foster a proactive and problem-solving culture within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Quality, and Maintenance, to implement changes and new systems

Possess experience in metal stamping, mechanical assembly, EMS, contract manufacturing, or industrial machinery manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients.
