This is a Inside Sales Support role to support the external sales function by ensuring seamless after-sales service and logistics coordination. Acting as the key link between customers, sales, and international supply chain teams, the role ensures efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Support external sales personnel by managing order processing and fulfillment
- Monitor stock availability and respond to customer inquiries on orders and delivery status
- Coordinate logistics arrangements, including global shipments and warehouse coordination
- Manage documentation and shipment paperwork for both domestic and international deliveries
- Handle incoming customer service queries and ensure timely resolution
- Liaise with internal teams across borders for smooth supply chain execution
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or sales support
- Strong background in customer service with a focus on after-sales engagement
- Detail-oriented with experience managing shipping schedules and documentation
- Familiarity with B2B customers and industrial products is advantageous
