- Job title : IT Helpdesk Analyst(Mandarin Speaking)
- Location : Hicom-Glenmarie Shah Alam, Malaysia
- Salary : RM5,000 - RM7,000
- Employment : 1 year renewable contract

about the job
- Handle L1 - L2 support on most end user PC issues
- Answer calls, emails and chats from customers from China and Taiwan
skills and experience required
- At least 1-2 years of IT service desk prior experience
- Good speaking, reading and writing skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
