Reporting to: Head of Sales & Marketing
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Work Type: On-Site

• Provide expert-level troubleshooting for diagnostic instrumentation, proprietary software, and chemical reagents to ensure distributor operational excellence.
• Lead technical seminars and clinical workshops for laboratory professionals to facilitate workflow optimization and accurate data interpretation.
• Maintain stringent adherence to international healthcare quality standards (e.g., ISO, IVDR) while managing comprehensive technical documentation and performance reports.

the criteria

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a life-sciences discipline, such as Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Laboratory (or equivalent)
• Proven background in the maintenance and clinical application of automated laboratory analyzers.
• Capable of handling regional travel requirements across SEA.
