Job Responsibilities:
Manage and develop strategic relationships with key retail accounts, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales target.
Lead annual business planning and joint business planning (JBP) with key accounts, including promotion planning, product listing, and pricing strategies.
Monitor account performance, analyse sell-in/sell-out data, and develop actionable insights to improve category performance.
Collaborate with trade marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of trade activities, launches, and replenishment.
Negotiate trading terms, promotional budgets, and shelf-space visibility to maximise ROI and market penetration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of key account management experience within the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of managing Modern Trade or major retail chains
