- Location: Kuala Lumpur
- Spearhead the MT team for an iconic household brand with over 90 years in the market.
the role
- Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of Modern Trade accounts, including major hypermarket and supermarket chains (AEON, Lotus's, Mydin, etc.).
- Develop and execute comprehensive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) for each key account, leading annual negotiations on trading terms, promotional funding, and collaborative marketing efforts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Plan, propose, and implement high-impact trade marketing activities, new product launches, and in-store promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive consumer off-take, and strengthen our market position.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to manage accurate forecasting, track performance against key metrics, optimize promotional ROI, and provide actionable insights to both internal stakeholders and external retail partners.
the experience
- Minimum 3 years of fmcg key account management experience.
- Modern Trade experience is essential.
- Proactive and growth-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
