- Take full ownership of a key portfolio of national pharmacy accounts, with a primary focus on driving growth and strategy for Guardian/Watsons.
- Develop and execute joint business plans, lead the negotiation of trading terms, and manage trade spend to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Ensure flawless in-store execution of promotions and marketing plans by collaborating closely with the trade marketing and operations team.
- Lead quarterly business reviews, generate sales forecasts, and provide market insights by analyzing sell-in and sell-out data.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of FMCG key account management experience.
- Experience managing chain pharmacy accounts, Guardian/Watsons channel exposure is a significant advantage.
- Demonstrates strong influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
