about the job

• Provide legal support in corporate banking, reviewing and advising on loan and security documentation to ensure compliance with internal risk and governance standards.

• Review and evaluate corporate authorisation documents and financing-related paperwork for accuracy and legal compliance.

• Assist with transaction management and support functions, ensuring smooth execution of banking transactions.

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree with a minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate banking, finance
• Proficient in reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other financing-related contracts.
