Lead and support corporate exercises including M&A, land acquisitions, joint ventures, and group restructuring — from due diligence to legal documentation.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts such as construction, supply, tenancy, MOUs, and NDAs.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters related to operations, projects, procurement, and tenders.
Liaise with external solicitors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and regulatory compliance.

about the requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); admitted to the Malaysian Bar.
Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE), preferably in a corporate/commercial practice.
Strong foundation in corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts.
