Provide legal support in corporate banking, reviewing and advising on loan and security documentation to ensure compliance with internal risk and governance standards.
Review and evaluate corporate authorisation documents and financing-related paperwork for accuracy and legal compliance.
Assist with transaction management and support functions, ensuring smooth execution of banking transactions.

about the requirements

LL.B. or equivalent law degree with a minimum of 3 years experience in corporate banking, finance
Proficient in reviewing and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other financing-related contracts.
