About the Role
I am seeking a proactive and hands-on Partner Marketing Specialist to join a fast-paced, global team. This role is critical in driving the partnership ecosystem and supporting partnership managers in executing high-impact marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Brand Visibility: Spearhead initiatives to attract new partners and strengthen awareness of the partner program, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality partner prospects.
- Go-To-Market Execution: Work closely with strategic partners to design and implement joint GTM initiatives aligned with shared business objectives and mutual value propositions.
- Event & Workshop Leadership: Plan and deliver impactful partner events and workshops across Malaysia, overseeing end-to-end coordination including registrations, on-site engagement, and lead follow-up.
- Budget & Fund Optimization: Manage and maximize the use of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring efficient budget allocation, measurable ROI, and continuous program enhancement.
- Partner Onboarding & Training Support: Support structured enablement initiatives to facilitate smooth partner onboarding and drive adoption of the company’s solutions.
- Performance & Growth Analysis: Leverage data insights to assess campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and uncover new avenues for revenue growth.
Requirements
Professional Background: Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in partner marketing or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated long-term commitment and career progression within an organization (not a frequent job mover).
- Marketing Capability: Broad marketing expertise with a proven track record of driving successful partner initiatives on a regional or global scale.
- Partner Ecosystem Management: Strong experience managing and growing multiple partner relationships simultaneously, effectively handling a diverse partner ecosystem.
- Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions that address partner and customer pain points.
- Operational Excellence: Hands-on and execution-oriented, with experience managing agencies and delivering revenue-generating campaigns, events, and workshops.
- Interpersonal & Collaboration Skills: Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.
- Industry Flexibility: Technical knowledge is a plus; however, candidates from other industries with strong transferable marketing skills and a stable career history are encouraged to apply.
