About the Role
This is a key leadership role, the Marketing Content Team Lead, which starts as a sole contributor position with future potential for team expansion. You will be instrumental in bridging content strategy with paid advertising performance. This role requires a strong blend of creative content execution, strategic campaign planning, and data analysis to drive traffic and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies across all digital channels.
- Create engaging, high-quality content designed to drive website traffic and maximize user conversion.
- Tailor messaging and creative approaches to suit different audience segments, with a focus on B2C engagement.
- Work closely with design and production teams to deliver creative assets, including videos and promotional visuals.
2. Campaign Planning & Management
- Design and execute event concepts, campaign themes, and all related promotional content.
- Prepare detailed campaign schedules, internal briefings, and communication plans.
- Track and evaluate campaign performance, including traffic and conversion metrics.
- Support planning for roadshows and events to identify brand ambassadors and maximize engagement.
3. Advertising Performance & Optimization
- Evaluate advertising performance using key metrics to inform content and campaign improvements.
- Monitor metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Cost Per Lead/Conversion.
- Ensure all campaigns and content strategies effectively generate leads, particularly through platforms like Meta Ads.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in Content or Digital Marketing within the online gaming sector is essential. (Fresh graduates will not be considered.)
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze advertising metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Good understanding of the user conversion journey and decision-making behavior online.
- Proven track record in creating content strategies and designing campaign plans independently.
- Detail-focused, responsible, and able to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
- Chinese language proficiency is required for smooth communication.
