About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, vocal, and data-driven Marketing Executive to join a dynamic team in Ampang. This role is perfect for a multitasker who excels in content marketing and competitive analysis. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement for digital solutions, webinars, and publications. This is a 100% in-office role requiring a proactive individual who is comfortable speaking up and sharing innovative ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Corporate Identity: Create and maintain a consistent corporate image across all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing campaigns for seminars, webinars, digital solutions, and publications.
Digital Marketing & Social Media: Oversee presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics.- Collaborate with in-house designers on all marketing collaterals.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products (e.g., global legal databases) and provide quarterly reports on market trends and customer insights.
- Event Management: Identify and book venues, manage logistics (F&B, VIP arrangements, setup), and provide on-site support and ROI reporting for events.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a high-quality database of corporate clients, SMEs, legal firms, and government agencies.
- P.R. & Media Relations: Establish relationships with media outlets and assist in developing P.R. materials and press releases as required.
- Financial Tracking: Assist in managing the marketing budget and analyzing expenditure against KPIs and ROI.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in publishing, legal research, or Fintech/professional services is a major advantage. (Open to high-potential Fresh Graduates).
Technical Skills: * Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Soft Skills: * Vocal & Diverse: A confident communicator who is not afraid to speak up and share ideas in a diverse environment.
Multitasker: Ability to manage multiple projects, from content creation to event logistics.- Analytical: Strong data-driven thinking and market research skills.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (Written and Spoken).
- Availability: Able to work fully in-office (Ampang).
